Died on me while driving, and wouldn't restart. Cranks, but no start, no spark
What I've done so far:
1. Scanned codes (P0315 and P0336)
2. Replaced crank position sensor - Duralast SU1178 (black sensor)
3. Recorded on hp tuners - RPM is very sporadic while cranking. RPM will jump randomly 0,47,0,176,0,201,0,89,0,163 etc...
4. Swapped fuel pump relay with washer relay
5. Checked fuel pump relay pin in fuse box (re-bent/repositioned)
6. Checked for fuel at fuel rail with schrader valve (good pressure)
7. Checked to see if fuel pump is turning on while cranking in hp tuners - good
8. Manually turned on fuel pump with hp tuners (can hear it kick on)
8. Swapped engine bay fuse box with one from a running car (2007)
9. Swapped ignition switch with one from running car (2007)
10. Checked battery - good
11. Checked for power and ground at crank position plug - good
12. Checked continuity from signal wire at crank position sensor to pin 62 on ECM - good
13. Full read on hp tuners - communication seems good
14. Visually checked for spark with plug grounded on alternator bracket - no spark
Not sure what else to do, and I'm at a bit of a loss. I can't imagine this would be something wrong with the reluctor wheel. Could this be a bad ECU?
