Lift points

I have a guy thats going to put the clear wrap (bra) on exposed areas prone to rock chips, he noticed my lift and said he would really like to work at eye level installing on the bumper. My question is where are the points under the car that are used for lifting purposes? Pictures are worth a thousand words if you got them.
