Question regarding underside drain ports

Hello all, I have a 2016 570S, I noticed a small amount of drainage on driver side rear directly in front of rear tire. It appears to be blue coolant. Car is doing fine otherwise, I do recall when I did some exhaust work on the car that on that side, there is a corrugated drainage tube that connects to a drain port underneath the car. anyone have any experience with this? I looked underneath the car and everything looks dry, so it appears that the fluid came out of that small drainage port...
