2011 c6 transmission cooler fan

Hello I'm hooking up a aftermarket transmission cooler for my car. I'm wondering if there is a ignition switch and constant 12v power in the rear bumper I can use. Rather then running 2 wires all the way up to the engine fuse box.

I have the mufflers and exhast heat wrapped and heat tape on the myfflers. Im aware some ppl have issues at this location but car is stock with a cam . Car is used for street driving to and from work. Some highway fun.
