I want to warn others about my terrible experience with Total Auto Protect. I purchased a warranty from them, but when I tried to cancel it, they refused to refund my money. Despite multiple attempts, they have been completely unresponsive to my emails and calls.
What’s worse is that it seems like they are pre-screening my number—someone will pick up, but they hang up immediately. This has been going on for over 11 months, and I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
