Finally found my car but it's full of mice, now what?

I've finally found a GS that checks all my boxes and things were going great. The outside of the car looked great and as soon the owner opened the hood my heart sank. Hasn't been cleaned in the 10 years that he owned it and has been the home of some mice for years. I mean there's hundreds a mice droppings at first glance. A closer look reveals many times more that. The hood liner has been chewed in a few places. I stopped looking and when I pointed it out he's like, yeah, pulled a mouse nest out the other day after it was inspected. The car runs fine but what is the likely hood that the mice didn't chew the wiring?

What would you do? Would you trust someone to thoroughly inspect the wiring for damage?

I want the car but I don't want a car with electrical issues.
