First oil change after 5k miles and found oil leak and missing nut on rear sway bar.

I'm the first owner and nobody else ever worked on the car. There was a small oil leak from one of the oil drains and missing nut on the rear sway bar.
The oil was dirty and I will change it at 3k max from now on.
