Price on 2008?

Hi Im new to the corvette world and I found a nice looking manual black 2008 c6 with 3lt package and 42k miles hat has no engine mods lowered with coil overs a decent aftermarket nav and nice wheels..i talked the gentlemen down to 28k from his 31,500 asking price. Is this a good deal?
