Transforming my LS3 C6 base

Hello everyone,
I been looking at the forums for a long time now, since I bought my C6 in 2018, and finally decided to join because I am looking to transform my base C6 into a weekend track car. I'm in the research phase and will likely be upgrading parts slowly as time goes on.

I have an auto 2010 Cyber Gray C6 with ~45k miles with upgraded chrome wheels and glass roof. The only upgrades I've done are:
1. SLP Loud Mouth axel back exhaust
2. Pioneer head unit with backup camera
3. Swapped all lights but for brake and vanity to LED

I'm looking to do the following in this order:
Performance
Halltech CAI
Kooks 2" long tube headers w/x-pipe and high flow cats
FAST LSXR intake manifold 102 (ported)
103 TB (ported and polished)
160 degree thermostat
Stage 3 cam
Z06 injectors
LS7 motor mounts
A&A SC (leaning towards RPM in New Castle DE, but willing to go to any decent shop in the philly tristate area)

Suspension/brake
LG coil overs
Z51 control and sway arms
Stoptech or Wilwood or ZR1 rotors and 6 piston calipers

Cosmetics
Carbon creations wide bodykit, bare carbon
ZR1 wheels
Morimoto tail lights and C8 style headlights

What I'm not sure about is if I will need to upgrade the cooling system and fuel pump. I know the A6 transmission will need to be upgraded at some point if I start pushing more than 600rwhp, my goal would be 800rwhp.

Am I missing anything crucial and does my order of upgrades make sense. I know someone will probably say buy a ZR1 or a Z06, unpopular opinion, I hate manual cars, never owned one and never will. I drove my friends manuals a few times and did not like it, its more work for slower shifting.
