If I want to relocate the coil pack off the valve cover, what are the options? I have heard behind the fenders. Does anyone have good pictures of where and how you ran the wires? Did you have to extend the wiring to the coil pack? How did you tie down the spark plug wires?
Are there other good options? I realize I will have to make custom length spark plug wires.
I like the spark plug wire holders like you can get for a SBC that mounted to the valve covers. I have never seen anything similar to that for an LS3, but I also haven't seen many LS3s with the coil packs moved off the valve cover.
My thought is the spark plug wires would come out and turn back toward the firewall. Then from the firewall, get routed to wherever the coil packs are mounted. But, maybe they would go out to the fender well and get tied up there somehow.
