Don't normally post unless I go weeks without solving the problem but prior to an underway I ran some errands which I had to stop a few times in the rain. At my last stop prior to going home the car just clicked a ton and said reduced engine power. I've had lots of problems with starters and recently put in a new aftermarket one so initially thought that was the problem. Attempted to push start the car and it started but ran reduced engine power. Disconnected the battery/reconnected and push started it and it ran fine all the way home. Now that it is home it won't start and I get p2135 and p0651. I have gone through most of the troubleshooting but see mixed things on what voltages I am supposed to see on the throttlebody connector. It's in the garage so I can't attempt to push start but I did jumper the starter through the fuse box and it turns over the car. Had a burnt connector on starter and I rewired and replaced it incase and same problem. Any help is appreciated as I'd love to drive my car.
