I believe this has been a topic of discussion in the past but have been unable to find any firm production numbers for the 600LT spider and coupe. Just viewed a recent YouTube vid. that stated right-hand drive production numbers for the U.K market were very low at just 175 ea. for coupes and spiders.
My dealer did indicate numbers for the spider were lower than the coupes which seem to be supported by the numbers currently for sale. A quick look on Cars.Com and 55 coupes for sale vs 30...
