There's a lot of good info on the brake pads, etc, here, but I have a special case (IMHO) and wanted to ask you all.
My 09 Z51 has only 37K miles on it, but squeals like a banshee constantly when I brake. Follow-up braking doesn't do it, but 5 minutes later it's back at it. After reading here I bought some ceramic pads to go on to help quiet it down. My questions:
Since there's only 37K miles on the car, can I just add the pads or do I need to get the cross-drilled rotors turned? Can cross-drilled rotors even be turned or do I need to replace them?
Thanks!
