With my last slow/sluggish start the car threw some CPS codes coupled with the no tach gauge and running like trash on the way home, which went away after the next cold cycle, per usual, but its still a nuisance.
Checked cables, battery, starter, etc so Id think the hot start issues have to be the heat soak since it never had an issue until adding headers and boost after spirited driving.
After reading what everyone else tries or does for the dreaded heat soaked starter issues, Im going to try this combo.
DEI Titanium Exhaust Heat Shield and a Hinson Starter Heat Wrap.
Ill throw these on tonight and give it awhile then let y'all know if this helps or not.
