Radio on while displaying Corvette logo on screen?

Might be an incredibly stupid thing, but I really like the Corvette logo on the sav nav screen when the radio is off. Thing is, after turning on the radio, it just displays the 6 radio stations at all times.
My question is, is there a way to have the radio playing, but still display the logo as if the radio was off? Or Corvette logo = no radio?
