We all know how finicky the oil level reading can be and with so much chatter on how dangerous it is if overfilled, the idea of putting it back on the lift and removing the belly pan again is just, well...... too much work. LOL.
So I tried something else and it worked pretty good actually.
This is only for the slight overfill; you take a reading and it's "Maximum" then the next one is "OK" then the one after it is "Overfilled"....
If you have grossly miscalculated then there is no way...
