08 Z06 /w DeWitt's coolant leak

I recently took my 08 Z06 out of storage and did an oil change. I noticed a small amount of coolant on the driver's side, directly below where the radiator is. There are some fittings there, but I couldn't notice any obvious leaks, it was pooling on the metal bracket below the radiator. It seems to be a very slow leak, but definitely present.

The vehicle has a DeWitt's radiator, but I'm not the original owner. Are there any common leak points that I should look at, and/or what are some diagnostic tips?
