1. Cocktail glass
2. Shaker
3. Strainer
4. Sieve
5. Jigger

Pour 0.5 oz of grilled lemon juice, 0.5 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of homemade oolong gin into a shaker

Add 2 dashes of lemon bitters

Finely strain into a cocktail glass
