Dead battery, can I still access the hybrid charging port?

So both the batteries on my Artura is drained.. 0%. Ive tried charging the battery in the front trunk with no luck, now I want to try the hybrid charging port. Is there any way to open up the port while the car is dead?
ive been able to open the door with the keyhole under the car, but I cant find any buttons to open the charge port.
