In the constant effort to keep this Z true to OE originality and appearance, I have been working on a couple of the decals under the hood.
After much searching, I finally found a new OEM emission decal (known for fading on virtually every c6) for the radiator cover, I searched and searched for the fuse box decal as mine had delaminated due to age. I even considered buying the whole unit just to get a fresh decal but though better of this. As many of you know this decal is just not available so I had one made. They digitized my image and printed on heavy duty material. Ordered 3 and installed one today. It actually turned out better than I thought it would. Not perfect as the res is < than the original but if you didn't know, you wouldn't know. Just curious if I'm the only one that has sought out this decal and thoughts on how the repro turned out. I included a side by side of the original and the repro (keep in mind very close up, hi res shot to show the difference) and 2 of the reproduction installed.
