As I documented in the thread Unusual Rotor Wear? I've determined that the front ceramic rotor wear on my 570S seems to be normal. The second part of the question was not answered, though, which is how to stop the squealing.
The first set of OEM pads never squealed, and now I've replace the front pads with OEM replacements...
